While our markups are significantly lower than industry average, our jewelry is more affordable than diamond jewelry predominantly due to moissanite being a more affordable stone.

As a purveyor of fine jewelry, we only design in 14K gold or platinum. This makes our pieces durable for everyday wear and long lasting but does mean that metal costs are a significant component of prices. If a piece requires more gold (eg: bezel setting vs prong settings) know that will drive up cost.

Most stone shapes (emerald, oval, round brilliant etc) look great in moissanite. There are a few that we feel do not have a comparable sparkle to diamond, namely marquise. You'll notice that none of our designs feature stones cut in this shape. If you request a custom design that features a shape that does not perform well in moissanite, we are happy to accommodate your request but we will advise against it.

Diamond costs increase exponentially for the most part. This means that a two carat stone is more than two one carat stones. Moissanite costs tend to be more linear. This means that larger stone sizes may be more affordable than you think. Dream big!

We can create any of our standard designs in lab grown diamonds. We also have access to lab grown emeralds, sapphires and rubies and are happy to use these stones in custom pieces as well. We hope to debut an emerald collection in late 2023!

Most custom pieces ship about six weeks after your initial inquiry. Four weeks for our standard production time plus an additional two weeks for us to create a CAD for your custom design.

For obvious reasons, there are no returns on custom pieces barring extreme circumstances (quality issues etc). You will receive a CAD drawing to confirm the design and we will have you initial a form detailing all of your choices to prevent any miscommunications. This has never been a problem, but we do like to be upfront about it!
